Worship is like breathing. Not that it keeps a certain part of us alive but that it is what we do; it is who we are; we were created to be worshipers. We always worship; unfortunately, the Fall resulted in the reality that we do not always bow our knees at the altar of the cross, the altar of Christ. We now find ourselves bowing at the altar of idolatry, fleshly desires, and things that are not Christ. Those who walk according to the Spirit will produce the fruit of the Spirit (this is Christian worship); those who walk according to the flesh will produce the fruits of the flesh (this is still worship; it's simply the worship of something other than Christ, which is sinful). [As an addendum - worship is much much more than what happens on Sundays and Wednesdays and more than what happens in a building.]

Worship:
Falling Prostrate before the Lord.

You hear the people after church "We had a great service today" or "Really had a good worship".

How do they know this? Did they have a coversation with God and as Him?
Worship is Glorifying the Lord God...Presenting ourselves as a living sacrifice.
Worship is dedicated to Him.

Too many times Worship is placed in a box and considered the music... and various things of a corporate service.
Worship is far more than any of this. A group of Believers are coming before the Lord to Glorify Him and present their sacrifice.

Many times people leave a service and say they "recieved a Blessing".
How many times has any of these thought about whether or not the Lord recieved a Blessing out of it??
